The gambling hall covers fifty thousand sq.ft., and has special highlights like an eighty-spot recreational vehicle park and two thousand, five hundred patron scow.
Casino Queen is based in East Saint Louis at two hundred South Front Street. A total of one hundred and fifty bedrooms and 7 penthouses close-by at the casino. The gambling hall occupiestwenty-seven thousand five hundred square feet and offers many features. Aside from gambling, Casino Queen provides a twenty five hundred patron river boat, a 140 space recreational vehicle camp and easy access to MetroLink light-rail station.
