• Don’t Drink … Gamble!

If you enjoy a beer every once in a while, leave your money at home if you are going to do your drinking in a casino. I’m serious. Leave your handbag, your billfold, and leave all money, plastic credit and checkbooks back at the hotel. Pack whatever money you intend to use on refreshments, tips and whatever pocket change you intend to lose and keep the remainder behind.

Contemptuous? Not at all. Just realistic. You may well have a profit following a boozy evening out with your acquaintances and be lucky enough to hit a 25 minute roll at a smokin craps game. Don’t forget that adventure because it is as brief as it gets if you regularly consume alcohol and bet. The pair just don’t mix.

Leaving your money at home might be a bit drastic, but defensive actions for drastic behavior is necessary. If you play to profit, then do not drink alcohol and bet. If you can afford to blow your assets nary a concern, then drink all the gratuitous booze your stomach are able to handle, but do not pack charge cards and cheques to toss into the mix of chasing squanderings after your befuddled self throws away all the cash!

Allow me to take this one step further. Don’t drink and then hop on the internet to play in your preferred online casino either. I enjoy a drink from the comfort of my abode, but due to the fact that I’m linked up through Neteller, Firepay and keep plastic credit at my fingertips, I can not drink alcohol and bet.

What’s the reason? Although I do not drink to excess, once I consume alcohol, it is absolutely sufficient to befuddle my judgment. I bet, so I don’t consume alcohol when betting. If you are a drinker, don’t wager when you do. The two mix up for an awful, and expensive, cocktail.
