There is an interesting background to the Cambodia gambling dens that sit just over the border from nearby Thailand, where casino betting is banned. Additionally, there is the Casino Tropicana, with 135 slot machines and 66 of the normal tables, as well as 1 table of Casino Stud Poker. An additional of the 8 gambling halls in Poipet, again in a hotel, is the Princess Casino with one hundred and sixty six slot machines and ninety seven games. The Star Vegas Casino is is located in a comprehensive resort and hotel building that features numerous luxuries aside from the gambling hall, which offers 10,000 sq.ft. of 130 slots and 88 table games.
